About Mike Rose

A professional NBL1 International Basketball Player, MVP, and personal trainer, Mike Rose has dedicated his entire life to basketball. He knows the struggle to obtain a consistent, quality trainer to guide him throughout his professional journey. Growing up in the game of basketball had its challenges; either Mike couldn’t find a trainer, or no one was willing to put in the time to train him. But Mike persevered, and as he perfected his game, he also found passion in teaching the game. Committed to players trying to change their lives and advance in basketball, he believes that partnering with an experienced and knowledgeable trainer can take a player’s game to the next level.
